The house was planted further on the plot to create a buffer with the public domain.

The villa has a closed facade on the street side with a wooden claustra, which provides privacy and an architectural feature.

On the garden side there are large glass areas with canopies that provide open views and lights.

The footprint on the ground floor is designed in an L-shape. This provides privacy and accentuates the elongated plot.

On this level are the living areas that are related to the garden and the swimming pool.

Above the main volume is the first floor with the night areas.

This floor consists of a rectangular typology with a sloping roof where a long corridor connects the rooms. ‍

On the north side, the facade is finished with a claustra in sustainable wooden slats, the windows and doors will be hidden in this for extra privacy and acoustics.

The entire house has a basement and is accessible via the car lift with a green roof.

The project proposes a contemporary architecture that is in harmony with its environment. ‍

The purity of the volumes is accentuated by the use of a white limed facing brick for the facades and red-brown baked earth tiles for the roof, materials that once again contribute to perfect integration into the urban context.
