Lauréat du concours organisé par la Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise en février 2019, l'ambitieux projet Maison de la Croix-Rouge, situé à Howald et développé sur 10.000m², est piloté, en collaboration avec IKO Real Estate, par nos collègues de chez ARCHi2OOO&Associés au Grand Duché.
Comme le précise IKO, la réalisation de la future Maison s’inscrit dans une démarche globale et durable où l’innovation se place au service du bien-être, à la fois de ses collaborateurs, mais aussi et surtout pour les bénéficiaires, bénévoles et donneurs de la Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise.
Celle-ci souhaitait faire de ce projet un lieu pour tous, une maison de la solidarité au coeur du Luxembourg. La Maison rassemblera désormais, dans un bâtiment unique, une multitude de services actuellement dispersés sur plusieurs sites et sera également le nouveau siège de l’Association.
Avec pour mission que les usagers se sentent bien, dans un environnement serein, baigné de lumière, et favorisant les rencontres et échanges, notre équipe ARCHi2OOO design a étudié tousles aménagements intérieurs: zones d'accueil, espaces de consultations, salles polyvalente et de formations, restaurant, sanitaires, bureaux, locaux administratifs etcentre de transfusion sanguine, ...
La livraison est prévue pour 2025.
Winner of the competition organised by the Luxembourg Red Cross in February 2019, the ambitious Maison de la Croix-Rouge project, located in Howald and developed over 10,000m², is being piloted, in collaboration with IKO Real Estate, by our colleagues at ARCHi2OOO&Associés in the Grand Duchy.
As IKO points out, the creation of the future House is part of a global and sustainable approach in which innovation is placed at the service of well-being, both for its employees, but also and above all for the beneficiaries, volunteers and donors of the Luxembourg Red Cross.
The Luxembourg Red Cross wanted this project to be a place for everyone, a house of solidarity in the heart of Luxembourg. From now on, the House will bring together, in a single building, a multitude of services currently dispersed over several sites, and will also be the Association's new headquarters.
With the aim of ensuring that users feel at ease, in a serene environment bathed in light, and encouraging meetings and exchanges, our ARCHi2OO design team studied all the interior fittings: reception areas, consultation spaces, multi-purpose and training rooms, restaurant, toilets, offices, administrative premises and blood transfusion centre, etc.
Delivery is scheduled for 2025.
Als winnaar van de wedstrijd georganiseerd door het Luxemburgse Rode Kruis in februari 2019, wordt het ambitieuze project Maison de la Croix-Rouge, gelegen in Howald en ontwikkeld op 10.000m², in samenwerking met IKO Real Estate, door onze collega's van ARCHi2OO&Associés in het Groothertogdom getest.
Zoals IKO aangeeft, past de creatie van het toekomstige Huis in een globale en duurzame aanpak waarbij innovatie ten dienste wordt gesteld van het welzijn, niet alleen van de medewerkers, maar ook en vooral van de begunstigden, vrijwilligers en donateurs van het Luxemburgse Rode Kruis.
Het Luxemburgse Rode Kruis wilde dat dit project een plaats zou zijn voor iedereen, een huis van solidariteit in het hart van Luxemburg. Het Huis zal voortaan in één enkel gebouw een groot aantal diensten verenigen die momenteel verspreid zijn over verschillende locaties, en zal ook de nieuwe zetel van de vereniging zijn.
Om ervoor te zorgen dat de gebruikers zich op hun gemak voelen, in een serene omgeving die baadt in het licht, en om ontmoetingen en uitwisselingen aan te moedigen, heeft ons ontwerpteam ARCHi2OO alle binneninrichtingen bestudeerd: receptieruimtes, consultatieruimtes, polyvalente en opleidingsruimten, restaurant, toiletten, kantoren, administratieve lokalen en bloedtransfusiecentrum, enz.
