The project involves the redevelopment of an urban industrial site into a ventilated residential area consisting of 7 apartment buildings for a total of 177 housing units.
Het project bestaat uit de herinrichting van een stedelijke industriële site in een residentiële zone met een open karakter, bestaande uit 7 appartementsgebouwen met in totaal 177 woongelegenheden.
La disposition des ensembles d’appartements permet de dégager des espaces verts intéressants en intérieur d’îlot et une desserte piétonne – accessible aux véhicules de secours – traverse le projet. L’architecture de l’ensemble est sobre et uniforme, basée sur un jeu de volumes enduits et de balcons en béton architectoniques blancs polis. Les châssis et les garde-corps de teinte foncée rythment les façades. Les divers bâtiments seront terminés au printemps 2019.
The disposition of the apartment complexes makes it possible to create interesting green spaces within the block, while a pedestrian access - accessible to emergency vehicles - crosses the project. The architecture of the whole is sober and uniform, based on a set of plastered volumes and polished white architectural concrete balconies. The darkly coloured frames and railings punctuate the facades. The various buildings will be completed in the spring of 2019.
De verdeling van de appartementsgebouwen maakt het mogelijk om binnen het bouwblok interessante groene ruimtes vrij te maken alsook een voor een doorgangsweg voor voetgangers die ook toegankelijk is voor hulpverleningsvoertuigen. De architectuur vormt een sober en uniform geheel, opgebouwd op een afwisseling van gepleisterde volumes en balkons in wit gepolijst architectonisch beton. De donkere tinten van de raamwerken en de borstweringen brengen een ritme in de gevels. De verschillende gebouwen zullen tegen het voorjaar van 2019 afgewerkt zijn.
